These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the free 14-day dispatch trial offered by Go Beyond Dispatch ("we," "us," "our").
Go Beyond Dispatch offers a 14-day free dispatch trial to eligible owner-operators and small fleets. There is no fee for the trial period. Continued service after the trial is billed per the paid offer discussed on your onboarding call, and is not automatic — you'll agree to it separately before any charges apply.
You must hold active MC and/or DOT authority and valid insurance to participate. We may decline to work with any carrier at our discretion.
As part of the free trial, we may ask you for an honest video or written testimonial about your experience. Providing a testimonial is not required to receive dispatch services, but is appreciated.
While we work to find quality freight and handle your dispatching and back-office needs, we do not guarantee any specific load volume, rate, or income.
By scheduling a call or submitting your information, you agree to receive calls, texts, and emails from us related to your trial and account.
Either party may end the working relationship at any time, with reasonable notice, for any reason.
